This shows that coffee from the Ijen and Raung mountains areas has met the requirement because it has a “distinctive, unique and special” taste influenced by geographical factors of the area.

Our coffee processing is done in various among others:
Full Wash: This process is carried out by fermentation after peeled in water for a long time of fermentation 12-36 hours and washed and then dried.
Natural: This process is carried out naturally after coffee beans are extracted, washed immediately dried with outer skin so that natural fermentation occurs.
Wine: This process is carried out by fermentation after being picked, washed, and fermented in a room or an airtight container to remove the gas contained in coffee
beans that are s ll skinned. The fermentation duration is maximum of 30 days until gas is contained.
